Ingredients

coconut milk
(you can use a milk of your choice)
1/2
t
turmeric
(you can add more if you’d like)
1/4
t
cinnamon
pinch
black pepper
pinch
cayenne pepper

honey
(you can add more if you’d like)
Instructions
Place all of your ingredients in a saucepan. Turn burner on to medium heat. Whisk together and heat for about 5 minutes (don’t let it scorch). Pour into a mug and enjoy!
